Atlantic immigration program has been set up recently to attract experts in Atlantic areas to increase population, employment rate and strengthen workforces. In this program, applicants must have a valid job offer from Canada. 

Atlantic areas are:
- Nova Scotia
- New Brunswick
- Prince Edward Island
- Newfoundland and Labrador

Atlantic has been designed for different target groups:
- Atlantic Professional workforces
- Atlantic semi-Professional workforces 
- Newly Graduate program
